A motorist was stopped by officials of the Lagos State Traffic Management Agency, LASTMA and almost got his car impounded but for swift thinking and improvisation.
He could be seen confronting them and asked for their service number, but the officers had already started becoming jittery.
On seeing that they were scared, he increased the volume of his voice and even made further confrontation remarks, just as they seemed to be withdrawing stylishly.
