Raju Yadav hailing from Mahabubnagar gets hit by a cricket ball which turns his life upside down. This leads to a facial disorder which makes Raju Yadav smile all the time. Doctors advise Raju to undergo a surgery but his family can’t afford the treatment. While nothing is going right in Raju’s life, he sees Sweety one day and falls for her instantly. How Sweety changed Raju’s life forms the crux of the story.
